Technician availability

Technicians can edit their own availability. Administrators and Managers can correct any technician schedule. Set working days and hours, in shop time (America/Chicago). New bookings must fit these hours, existing appointments, time off and bay availability.

Weekly entries: unentered weeks are unavailable. Regular pattern: repeats until changed; a saved individual week overrides it. Uncheck a day to mark it off. Working hours are limited to the technician's position hours.

Availability changes cannot conflict with existing bookings. Reschedule conflicting appointments first.
