Contact Mark or Logan directly and ask for a staff account password reset. They must verify your identity before setting a temporary password. Never share your existing password.
After an administrator provides your temporary password privately, sign in with your own username. You must choose a different private password before using the workspace. Saving the new password signs out previous sessions.
Administrators can reset another staff account through Staff management. If no administrator can sign in, contact the shop owner for recovery assistance.
